Here is our first cat -- Annie-the-Cat, who died in May, 2000. We call this pose the "boat pose" for some reason and always thought it was hilarious... These photos were taken in her skinnier (!) days, prior to Larry acquiring her. She gained 4 lbs in the 2 years she lived with Larry, because he always insisted she was "hungry." Being a "dog-person", I was surprised that I became so attached to this dumb but nice kitty.

These are our new kitties. The little tiger is Muxa, and the big gray one is Ajax. We got them from someone who rescues lost kitties in February, 2001. Ajax is the male, and he thinks he is the alpha kitty of the whole house. Sometimes we have to have instructional sessions on who really is alpha. Muxa is the little female kitty who is definitely NOT alpha. "Muktseh" (i.e., Muxa) means inappropriate activities on the Sabbath -- she is very good at inappropriate activities on any day of the week.
