Serbia has a government
After three months without a government -- 65 days after the election -- Serbia is about to have a government.
Vojislav Kostunica will be Prime Minister. It will be a minority government, with the support of the Socialists.
Parliament will approve tomorrow, or so we're told.

About homeless people and shelters in Romania: last night 100 homeless people hosted in a shelter recently open in Timisoara (I think) started to breake all the windows because they do not agree the rules: they are not allowed to come there drunk or after consuming drugs.
