Description:
CCTerm is an ANSI/ECMA-48 compatible Telnet client for Windows. It is
modeled after the Unix programs "Telnet" and "Xterm". IE: There are
very few options, and it just works. The interface is extremely simple
and clean. There are no splash screens or complicated setup procedures.
CCTerm makes an excellent replacement for the "telnet.exe" program that
comes with Windows.

Description:
iPinger is a system monitoring tool that will monitor a targeted system
and notify you if that system goes offline. iPinger will constantly
ping a specified computer at a defined interval between 10 and 86,400
seconds. If responses from the monitored computer are lost, the
program goes into an emergency ping mode and starts pinging every five
seconds. If communications are not restored within a specified number
of time-outs, an e-mail notification will be sent to a predefined

Description:
Local Share v0.9e is a Chat client, like ICQ or mIrc but needs no
server to run. Just enter IP addresses in your network or IP range
used in your sub-domain. Local Share can send your messages by
multicasting or one IP at a time. Places an icon to system tray and
when a message is received in minimized mode, the tray icon flashes
until you view your messages. You can see last 100 messages sent, and
set LocalShare to view for more if you want. Because Local Share uses
UDP packets to communicate, it makes almost no traffic on your network.
Working ports can be configured, so that different groups can be formed
on the same network, all using multicasting method. Use Local Share to
communicate with friends without using any dedicated server machine and
server software. Just give all friends a copy of yours and you are in
it. You can also see whois online with an integrated ping tool.

Description:
NoLights is designed for those infuriating times when the 'lights' (that
little computer icon that sits in the tray and lights up when a Dial-Up
Networking connection is in progress) disappears and you are left with
no way to disconnect your modem other than to pull the plug. Why this
happens is a mystery but it is most prevalent in Windows 95 and even
Windows 98 can exhibit this behavior when auto-disconnect is disabled.

Next time you lose the 'lights' simply run NoLights and, if there is an
active RAS (DUN) connection you will be able to disconnect from the
telephone line gracefully.

Description:
The Xceed Winsock Library is designed to offer all the flexibility
provided by the Winsock-2 API, including support for protocol
independence, quality of service and multicast, while offering an easy
to use object model and a built-in multithreaded low-level I/O engine.
The low-level engine uses threads efficiently and takes advantage of
Winsock-2 features such as overlapped i/o and completion ports (when
available) so your applications can handle large loads without
overtaxing your server(s). The library's functionality can be accessed
through a custom COM interface which offers minimal overhead and
maximum flexibility, or through an OLE automation COM interface
designed to make writing efficient network code extremely easy and
straightforward.
