Local Share v0.9e is a Chat client, like ICQ or mIrc but needs no server to run. Just enter IP addresses in your network or IP range used in your sub-domain. Local Share can send your messages by multicasting or one IP at a time. Places an icon to system tray and when a message is received in minimized mode, the tray icon flashes until you view your messages. You can see last 100 messages sent, and set LocalShare to view for more if you want. Because Local Share uses UDP packets to communicate, it makes almost no traffic on your network.
