Create-a-Theme 98 is a utility which lets users create, load and edit desktop themes for use with the Microsoft Windows 95 Plus! package. The interface is designed so that even the beginner has ease in creating or editing a theme, and you have total control over the design of the theme. This means that you can spend more time worrying about the design of your theme, and not how to use the program. If you find that you can't do a task, then there is an online help file included with the download, and it explains everything which you will need to know about creating and editing desktop themes. |
