sprwor11.zip (Apr 15 1999, 1.2M) |
| Description: |
Super Workspace is designed for use with MapInfo workspaces. MapInfo users often need to transfer workspaces from one machine to another. This can become particularly cumbersome because of the need to copy all the files seperately and then rebuilding the workspace. Super Workspace allows you to select a workspace and create a Super Workspace from it, which is one file which contains your workspace plus all the files associated with it. This file is also compressed in order to minimize its size. This Super Workspace can then be transferred to another machine (where Super Workspace is installed), and the original workspace can then be opened/extracted into a new directory with all its associated files. The workspace can then be opened from within MapInfo as usual. MapInfo integration is also provided (automatically opening Super Workspaces in MapInfo and saving Super Workspaces from MapInfo). |
