BibleKey Sermon Outlines v2.1 is a database application for sermons and illustrations. The author has included a wide range of sermon outlines based on many different Biblical texts from a conservative evangelical perspective. The program stores the actual outline (or even full sermon text -- the level of detail varies) in addition to the indexing features (by passage, by topic, by title, by Big Idea, by location, by date, by preacher, by series, etc.). Search criteria includes locating any character string in the title, thesis statement or actual outline itself. Illustrations can also be stored and linked to specific sermons. For each sermon you can also track the dates and locations where it was preached. The author has additional databases from other preachers (such as Ray Stedman) which can be obtained at a later date upon request. The user may build their own database with the template provided and submit it to the author for distribution as well. The author's goal is to collect exegetical outlines(ones that are text-based and preachable)that will cover the entire Bible. The program is easy to use and documented with a complete Help File. |
