Content of the program includes the following:

Nutrient requirements include both minimum and maximum of each
nutrient. You can select any combination of food groups. Text filter
to limit list of foods. Salted foods, dried foods, can be filtered
out. B12 can be ignored. Diets can be saved to disk. The windows and
widgets are adjusted to screen resolution. Font sizes are adjustable.
Two modes: full USDA data, Raw Vegan. All settings are remembered.
Information about each of the nutrients and about the program. Minimum
number of mouse clicks to do things. Maximum information is displayed
in the window.

This program has a limit of seven days and after that there will be a
nag screen every time you open a new recipe. Besides that, the program
is fully functional. You may also customize your recipe printouts for
any font, size, and color you would like. There is an ingredient quick
bar that allows you to add ingredients to your recipe quickly and
easily. The program is mostly customizable and can accustom to nearly
anyone's needs.

Meal plans, recipes, shopping lists and other lists can be exported to
MS Word, Excel, Lotus123 and text formats. Edit recipes with a recipe
editor. Maintain lists of shops (suppliers), units of measurement, and
products (ingredients) in the database. Parameters such as product and
recipe categories, and meal labels are user-defined. A simple time
planning of meal plans can be kept, using a calendar.

Other functionality includes e-mailing and faxing recipes, saving your
recipes as Rich Text Files and searching for recipes by name, country
of origin, recipe group, category or a combination of these criteria.
The program is very professional and flexible. You can add your own
countries, categories and recipe groups and you can even use your own
icons in the program. The navigation is simple and intuitive with its
