| Description: |
WinPrin is a utility for printing text files. It is designed to print wide text files such as Tabulation files in Landscape mode. Open the desired file. You will see the file in the editor window. You can make changes before printing. Select the desired Font. We recommend using a fixed space font such as Courier New (the default). Proportional fonts will not let the columns line up properly. Bold type looks better when printed with small fonts but you can turn this off if you desire. If AUTOCENTER is selected WinPrin will automatically determine the proper font size to print the widest line and center the printout on the page. Once you have found settings you like you can save them by selecting Options/Save Settings on Exit. If you want WinPrin to be able to open files from Windows Explorer. Start WinPrin and select Options/File Associations. Check the boxes for the files you want to use with WinPrin. WinPrin supports batch mode processing for printing groups of files with specific parameters. WinPrin was developed by Detail Technologies and is licensed for distribution to Data Vision Research. |
