Description:
BEARSARC is a Shareware e-mail auto responder for Windows. It provides
Pegasus Mail with a sophisticated auto-responder capability using the
DDE client/server mechanism. Activated by a Pegasus e-mail filtering
rule, BEARSARC manages responses using a simple but powerful scripting
language.

BEARSARC v1.1 Shareware is capable of including text files in the body
of a response and attaching any kind of file to a response. Each of
these actions can be performed by a string match in the TO, FROM, or
SUBJECT fields of the incoming message, or by a string match in the body
of the incoming message. Any action can also be performed
unconditionally. Scripts of up to four rules are supported, each of
which may contain two tests and one action. This permits up to four
files to included in or attached to a response, in any combination of
attachments or inclusions, each dependent on up to two conditions. The
maximum parsed length of an incoming message is forty lines including
the e-mail header, which approximates to twenty lines of message body.
Test strings can have a maximum length of twenty characters and are
case-sensitive. A licensed version with extended functionality and more
features including cgi form handling is available by mail order.

Homepage: http://www.wizzardsoftware.com
Download: filemail.zip (Dec 19 1996, 357.1K)
Description:
FileMailer 1.4 addresses the limitations found in common e-mail software and provides a professional way to push information and files to multiple recipients. With FileMailer, the sender can set up sessions. Each session can have multiple receivers, receiving multiple files, scheduled to be sent at different times. The product is very flexible and can be set to send files at will. On the receiving end, the product will receive the files sent and automatically copy them to the proper directories, replacing the current files if desired. This way information is updated without any work from the user. Both the sending and receiving portions of FileMailer operate completely in the background. Besides the initial setup and programming sessions, no user interaction is necessary. This is a useful tool for remote salesmen, regional offices, and tele-commuters. Receive files on a daily or weekly basis and have them updated without doing a thing.
