The WINBMP package is a suite of documentation and editing programs for working in Windows with MS-DOS text, MS-DOS Screens, and plain ASCII text. This package contains many useful programs for converting text to graphics, complete Source Code, and much more. At the core of the WINBMP package is the WINBMP program.
