A complete fax and document imaging management system available for a Shareware price, DocuMill is dynamic as well as affordable. With DocuMill, you can scan documents; send and receive faxes; import/export graphic files; search through your image database; and file, print, and combine imaged pages with ease. DocuMill is built on the foundation of two powerful interface windows; docXplorer and Fax Center. docXplorer is a window to nearly every DocuMill feature, making it possible to handle any number of document imaging and management tasks in no time. docXplorer enables you to scan, view, fax, print, copy, search, browse, import, export, delete, etc. without ever leaving the window. Fax Center manages all incoming and outgoing faxes in a single location. You can select the log of your choice (sent, sending, received, pending, and failed), then simply click to view, print, resend, forward, or delete. DocuMill includes a Windows print driver which allows faxing from virtually any Windows application. DocuMill supports 11 graphic file formats for import and export. As such, it can be used as a graphic file conversion program. DocuMill can also be combined with Bardy, Sarasoft's Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software, and Zaina, Sarasoft's image management system for the world-wide web. |
