PastTense is a software tool that can help you to reduce the build up of
tension both in general, and in specific parts of your body. It can
help you to target problems associated with occupational overuse
syndrome (OOS), aka repetitive strain injury (RSI), before they occur or
before they get worse.

With PastTense a number of different configuration options can be
defined, each of which contains one or more timers to remind you to have
a rest. Timers can be set to remind you of anything from taking a short
walk around around the office every hour to stretching your wrists every
30 seconds - you define the reminder message and frequency.

A number of default configurations are supplied with PasteTense and
these can be customised to suit your individual needs. You can define
up to 10 configurations, each with up to 10 timers. Any one of these
configurations can be selected and used at any time.

PastTense does not force you to have a rest by locking up your PC. It
may not always be convenient to have a rest right now, and the job of
PastTense is to give you reminders based on the rest frequencies that
you define.

You are responsible! It is important to acknowledge that it is your
work and rest habits that determine how much tension builds up in your
body. To be truly effective, PastTense needs your full commitment to
resolving your problems - know that if you ignore rest breaks, you may
suffer.

Description:
Weight Tracker is a program that allows you to keep track of your weight
each day and monitor your progress toward established goals. Weights
may be in pounds or kilograms. Plots comparing actual weight with
desired weight help illustrate progress by showing predicted trends.
Based on profiles of sex, age, height, and frame size, the program
determines ideal weight ranges. Calorie requirements are computed and
suggested diet modifications for desired weight loss/gain are provided.
Detailed analyses of your weight using Body Mass Index (BMI) measures
are available. Weight files of up to five years in length can be
established and saved. Any number of weight files can be saved, hence
the program can be used by a number of individuals.

Description:
Winfit is intended as an exercise motivational "tool." A fitness
"baseline" from which change can be measured is created. Tests included
estimate maximum oxygen consumption (for cardiovascular fitness), and
body fat percentage (using girths, or skinfolds). Body mass index,
waist/hip ratio, ideal body weight, and training heart rate are
calculated.

Test batteries: Classifications (based on age and sex) are included. The
classifications are derived from the YMCA, the ACSM, and the Canadian
Standardized Test of Physical Fitness, test batteries intended for
"apparently healthy" people (note: these organizations do not
endorse/advocate this product in any shape or form.) The United States
Army's Physical Fitness Test, and a "practical" test are also included.

Description:
Workout Tracker v3.5 is a program that lets you record your daily
workouts. Keep track of distances covered and elapsed times. A wide
variety of plots allows you to monitor your progress toward established
goals, whether it be weight loss or a desired 10K running time. Plots
show individual and cumulative workout distances, elapsed time, calories
burned, and pounds lost. Trend lines predict where you will be at an
established goal date. Rate plots show your speed during workouts and
how long it takes for you to cover some selected distance. Workout
files of up to two years in length can be established and saved. Any
number of files can be saved, hence a separate file can be used for each
activity you are involved in.
