INCA Spooler consists of a Windows executable(server), a DOS and a Linux executable (clients). By executing the client(s) you can print any text (character set PC-437 including line-drawing characters, special care taken for Greek) from a DOS or Unix program, even running on a remote machine, on any Windows printer, having complete (and I mean complete!) control over the density of the letters. The server even recognizes some HTML-like tags and Escape-sequences used on most dot-matrix printers, described in the help file, so that you can format your printout. You can even print from within Windows using Drag'n'Drop. The only difference from the registered version is a Shareware notification message, which is printed at the top of each page. |

PrintFile is a Windows utility program that does n-up printing of text files. It can also send files directly to a printer. This can be seen as a Windows replacement for the DOS command "copy/b file LPT1". However, unlike the DOS command, PrintFile works well with network printers that have no connection to any LPTx. This function is mainly intended for printing PostScript files but may just as well be used for any file created by the "Print to File" option available for most Windows printer drivers. The program also has several PostScript specific options (e.g. n-up). User configurable "Pretty Printing" of source code files is also possible.
