MediaSauce v1.1f for Windows 3.1 simplifies the playing of Wave, Midi, Video for Windows, and Quicktime movie files. It's also a Compact Disc Player and Database. MediaSauce places all your media files in a simple to use list box. To play one of these files the user, can simply double click the file or click the "Play" button. You can copy, rename, delete, get information, and assign your favorite editors to these files. MediaSauce is also a CD Player and CD Database. The CD database stores the name of the track, artist, disc name, year released, category, etc.. The CD Database can store up to 65,535 compact discs. You can export the database and do searches on it. You can download a sample database file containing over 1100 compact discs from the FlatCracker Software Web Page. MediaSauce has four different modes, they are Wave, Midi, Video, and CD Player. These modes are separated by a simple tab control. The user interface of MediaSauce is quite simple to use. MediaSauce also contains animations for each mode you are in. Example: When the CD-ROM drive is playing a disc, a doll will dance to the music. When playing Midi files a light bulb will swell up and then pop. |
