Description:
AUTOHTML creates HTML hypertext documents (WWW pages) from machine readable text files automatically. The created HTML documents are fully linked muliple pages, a complete text web site.
No knowledge of HTML is required to use AUTOHTML
Autohtml uses KNB format machine readable text files. These are a simple form of text file comprised of a title line prefixed with "*" followed by the associated body of data on the next and subsequent lines. Such as for example:
*This is the item title And this is the data associated with this item. This data can include blank lines, spaces, any free format text. And can be any length.

Description:
DBF2HTML v1.00 reads a DBF file and makes an HTML file which contains a table with all the records included in the DBF. The HTML file produced is ready to be distributed on the Web. DBF2HTML can filter out records marked as deleted. The user can choose to include in the HTML table only a subset of the DBF's fields. The output appearance can be customized by changing the table's border width and by adding a caption to the table. A command line switch tells DBF2HTML to use the four digits year's format to display dates, avoiding the "Year 2000" problem. This software can also be used to display the structure of a DBF file. The user interface is command line oriented, making possible to use DBF2HTML as a CGI-BIN program.

Description:
Dox is a document conversion that can convert between Rich Text Format
(rtf), HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and plain text (txt). Unlike
most other conversion programs you can convert from or to *any* of the

Home Page Generator is a simple to use HTML page generator with a good
range of facilities. No prior knowledge of HTML code necessary. Most
basic attributes supported, including simple dialogues for anchors,
links, mailto's and graphic insertions. Toggles include headline text
size 1-6, bold, centre, italic and underlined. Page foreground/
background colours selection at start up, if not specified on command
line. Single line input mode, most real work is done with file
insertions. Automatic conversion of high-bit characters, optionally

Knots v2.0 is a WYSIWYG Dos-based browser for local HTML files. It allows WWW (Web) page creators to view their pages graphically, even if they only own a cheap old PC. A history is maintained, so the user can travel backwards and forwards through the links.
Knots can also be used as a low-cost smart front-end to the html hypertext database you may be compiling for your personal use, or as an application's help viewer.
Please note that Knots does not yet support http connections as it is primerly intended as a tool for authors rather than a net-surfing program.

Description:
IntraDOS v1.4 combines file system browsing and offline HTML browsing
with the ability to launch applications by clicking. It was originally
developed to allow DOS 386 PCs in my office to share an intranet of HTML
documents with speed comparable to the Windows-based Pentiums running
popular web browsers. In this function the program supports keystroke
and mouse use and most basic HTML tags. Version 1.4 adds the ability to
create browsable pages of one's PC's drive, directory and file systems,
to navigate them by clicking on links to other directories, to launch
applications by clicking on links to files, and to return to the program
after the other application concludes. It runs in around 315K of RAM.

Description:
This program translates decimal RGB color into hexadecimal and vice versa. What is this stuff, you ask? Let's say you want to take the background color of a web page, say "8C48D0," and you want to make an image the exact same color in Adobe Photoshop or some other graphics program. In Photoshop, you would need to enter colors with 3 numbers; each between 1 and 255. Fire up the program, input "8C48D0" and it'll translate it to "140, 72, 208" which is a cool purple color. Easy? Of course, you can do the exact opposite to arrive at a cool color for your home page backgrounds or text colors.

Description:
UPTAG and LOTAG are DOS flat (system) text filters. File uptag0.zip contains executables as well as extremely simple ANSI C sources.
These filters convert the case of HTML tags and attributes to upper case or lower case, leaving the attribute contents case unchanged. The case in comments will also be converted. Characters above 127d will NOT be converted.

Description:
Urlgrab v1.57 helps you keep track of Internet addresses (both Web and
FTP) inside ASCII text files. This Internet command line utility will
scan up to ten files and write a browser readable HTML "index" file with
live links to the addresses found in each scan, appending or overwriting
as necessary. You can then use this file (by default Urlindex.htm in the
running directory) as your browser's start up page. Use Urlgrab to add
extra functionality to your OS4s context menu for ASCII text file types.
You can then scan a given file for any addresses with just a right mouse
click, and have the found ones "waiting" for you next time you start
your browser, ready to go online.

Description:
DOS text filter, with ANSI C source which is likely to compile with gcc.
Converts a system text file to a simple HTML page. Use:

WINENT [-flags] ["Title here"] < infile.txt [> outfile.htm]

Example:

WINENT -die "Why Mary had a lamb" < lamb.txt > lamb.htm

Flags are all disabled by default. Without options nor title: a prolog
and HEAD section, with default title, are inserted; then the text is
inserted, taking blank lines in the source text for the insertion of
paragraph marks, and characters are translated to HTML 3.2 entity
mnemonics; a date-time stamp is added and the document properly
finished. Some reformatting is done.

Flags enable and/or disable: HTML tag insertion, character replacement
by mnemonics, the visible date-time stamp, creation of the HEAD section,
creation of any HTML section, insertion of title as a H3 header in the
document, indented paragraphs.

Does not require the embedding of special commands in the input file.

This program will assist in the creation of HTML pages for your images.
This program has been tested in a "Windows 95" environment.

It maintains a database of your schemes for your output layouts. The
user may define the layout of the output HTML page which includes image
size, width, height, number across page,number down the page. The user
may define page background. Images are arranged by a TABLE method thus
the user may define the table background,image spacing and borders.
Table colors may also be defined. The user may define the full path to
the images. The user may define the "Browse" and "View" programs.

This program has been deveolped in a DOS platform, however it functions
best as a window in Win95. The program will run in a DOS/Win3.x/Win95
environment.
