| Description: |
FRGRAM2 is an innovative TSR program that presents all of the basic French grammar in a colorful "hypertextual" format. It has a simple design - one that provides a main scrollable menu or glossary of more than 160 grammar topics. As a TSR, FRGRAM2 can be "popped" over any DOS-based text or application or onto a blank screen. FRGRAM2 features screen after (often overlapping) screen of illustrated grammar observations in a French-English context that is highly graphical. Most of the screens have one or more hyperlinks that lead to additional explanations or related items. While focusing on traditional aspects of French grammar, this TSR often reaches beyond the basics, encompassing verbs, idioms, culture etc. The TSR runs on a PC or IBM-compatible with DOS 3.3 or higher. |

FRVERBS v2.0 is an innovative TSR program that presents all of the basic French verbs (both regular and irregular) in a colorful and highly graphical hypertextual format. Its new menu designs and much-enhanced testing component now promote a more intuitive understanding and mastery of basic French verb forms. Navigating to tense paradigms, tutorials, self-correcting tests and help screens is now much easier. Once installed in RAM, FRVERBS2 can be popped into any DOS environment - a blank screen or any DOS-based application (a word processor or editor). 52 irregular verbs as well as regular common verb models are hyperlinked: to menus, tutorials, quizzes, tests and to many other similarly-conjugated verbs. The main documentation is available in two formats: FV2GUIDE.COM and FRVRB2.TXT. The file FV2_HELP.EXE, a hypertextual program (but not a TSR), is also included and can be easily accessed by typing HELP2 (or optionally: FV2_HELP) at the DOS prompt. FRVERBS2 runs on a PC/IBM-compatible with DOS 3.3 or higher. This TSR does need a hard disk drive and a color monitor. When installed FRVERBS uses about 60k of memory. |
