Description:
Billy 2.1 is an artificial intelligence chat program. Users can talk to
Billy, and he will (usually) respond intelligently. What makes Billy
different from other chat bots is his ability to learn better responses
from observing humans, as well as his ability to form a "knowledge web"
of facts taught to him, which he can then use to answer questions.

Description:
Fuzzylab v1.1 is a two-input and single-output fuzzy rule-base editor
with all tools necessary for developing a fuzzy system. Fuzzy rule-base
may be created with linguistic values. Interactive graphical simulation
is available for quick development. Displays of fuzzy sets, rules and
rule-matrix are provided in addition to a 3-D viewer for the output
surface. A simple format of the rule-base allows easy integration of
the developed fuzzy system with other programs for embedded
applications. A compact C code generator is available for this purpose.
Another executable sample program with C source code is provided for
developing fuzzy systems with dynamic memory management. Additional I/O
routines may be added for online and real-time applications.
