Contingent Fee

A lawyer and a client wre discussing the client's automobile accident case. The lawyer announced to the client that he would be glad to take the case on a contingent fee. The client asked, "What is a contingent fee?" The lawyer answered, "A contingent fee means, if I don't win your suit, I get nothing. If I do win, you get nothing."
